You know the best way to give yourself a motivational boost? To feel better, to know you're doing something good, that's almost never unhealthy? Simple... take a short walk. 15 minutes would do it, it doesn't have to be very long. Very basic advice. And yet it's something that's so easy to forget to do during a busy workday. Let's explore why it's worth building it into your daily routine.
