Tell me, do you have someone in this role? It's someone on your help desk team, but who isn't a technician. Their job is to be the face of customer service for your business. They sit between the technicians and the clients, making sure that they feel heard and are delighted with your business. Done well, a dispatcher role can create a lot more capacity for your existing technicians and let them get on with their work without so many interruptions.
