Both the best and worst thing about running your own business is that you are accountable to NOBODY. So long as you have clients who are paying you money, you have a business! And while that can make you feel incredibly free, it can also highly disrupt your ability in getting things done.

I had a boss till I started my first business aged 30. And now I have 15 bosses… the people that work with me in my team. Because I've made myself accountable to them. Here's why I think you should do the same.
